Our Story
Southern Events is nestled in the heart of historic downtown Athens, Tennessee. It is a new private event center that offers an elegant yet casual environment to host your next business meeting, birthday party, family gathering, showers and even micro weddings!
Southern Events is excited to provide a comfortable and inviting meeting place for CE classes, association meetings, award events, celebrations and more. We can host events for up to 100 guests. Our goal is to be an asset for our local community.
We are an event venue. We are not a full service event center. This means we provide the space and you provide the event.
On our website, we will provide links to vendors, party tips and resources. We will provide options to choose from on tables, chairs and layouts.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer party planning, catering etc... But this is something we may do in the future. Stay tuned as we continue to add to our business model.
